Yes, as a Registered Dietitian, I include nutrition tips and advice with each recipe to help you make informed choices for a balanced life. I’m a firm believer in the “all foods fit” approach, where I don’t think we should go out of our way to restrict certain foods unless medically necessary. 🙂
